The Multiprof Property Intelligence Mandate

I / we, being or duly authorized on behalf of the above party, hereby appoint Multiprof Property Intelligence on the following terms:

•Other than where fixed fees are applicable, Multiprof Property Intelligence will invoice you on the basis of time incurred.

•Once invoiced, you are requested to settle the invoice upon presentation using the reference provided.

•Failure to make payment as set out above, will result in the suspension of all services provided and possible legal action.

•We reserve the right to make amendments to our services including our rates.

•Multiprof Property Intelligence may at any time request that you pay a deposit to cover any anticipated fees yet to be incurred or any estimated disbursements.

•This mandate remains in effect until terminated in writing by either party.
